The Vet X summer series rolled through Glen Helen MX on a nice sunny day.  It was a little hot, but definitely could have been worse for August in SoCal.   The summer series usually has lower rider counts than the rest of the year, but for those that did make it, the track was a lot of fun.  It was a fast open layout with the both the downhill sections being reasonably fast.   The track held up great today, getting some of the usual Glen Helen chop to it, but overall it was in good condition throughout the day.  Cole Seely and Adam Chatfield came out and battled in the pro class.   Round 3 is coming on August 23 at Competitive Edge MX.  Photos from today can be found at http://www.photoreflect.com/pr3/thumbpage.aspx?e=5004719
