Took the day off work and headed to the hills to Barona Oaks MX in East County San Diego.   The spring weather was incredible and the track was in great shape with a small crowd.   I met up with some of the Transworld MX crew as they did some testing and an interview of Ron Lechien.  

The Proride.com members and friends got together at Barona MX for a day of riding.  The somewhat annual get together is usually a great day as it isn’t often the members get are in the same place other than arguing over minute details on the Proride forums.   The day turned out to be a success as the Barona track had just been refreshed and the weather and turnout was excellent.   Browse through the gallery and find your photos.  We have almost 1000 photos from the day, so it may take a while to find yours.  Enjoy the photos and see you next time!   (Note: I will only leave this gallery on for a short time due to the size and number of photos)

After not riding or taking many pictures in the last month or so I headed out to Barona Oaks MX near Ramona, CA today.   I hadn’t been there in 3 years, and the former owner of El Cajon MX recently took over the track.  The layout was typical Barona on the side of the hill, but with the type of jumps and faces that were typical of El Cajon MX.   Some nice floater jumps, but everything is very safe.   I going to have to add Barona back into the track rotation.
